Sessions

I use an effective solution-focused approach, which assumes each session will potentially be the last. The majority of my clients report a significant improvement after the first session, and on average find 6-8* sessions bring about lasting change (depending on the complexity of the issue). Phobias can often be treated in three sessions.

Hypnotherapy is a powerful collaborative process that requires a commitment to treatment and a desire to change. Goals can be achieved more quickly when clients are open and receptive to the idea of hypnosis, since no one can be hypnotised against their will. The initial consultation will last about 60 minutes and subsequent sessions are 50 minutes. 

Obviously, no therapist, no therapy, no treatment of any kind can guarantee results, but I can guarantee to work skilfully and creatively, matching the right techniques with your individual goals. Therapy is fun, brief and transformative.

As a hypnotherapist, I utilise this altered state of perception to help you let go of unhelpful, limiting beliefs.
