Yes absolutely. Provided you can create a calm space in your own environment, sessions can be just as effective via Skype as they are in person.
As you relax deeply, you drift into a lovely daydreamy state of hypnosis. It’s like when your mind wanders off in a meeting; you can hear someone speaking but you’re not paying attention. However, as soon as they say your name you snap back to attention. Therefore, you are not unconscious, you’re simply distracted. You always remain in control. At my city hypnotherapy London practice, I provide a caring and friendly environment for you to explore your symptoms.
Whilst treatment times vary from person to person, a problem that has been causing many years of stress and discomfort can be relieved in just a few sessions. Most of my clients notice beneficial changes after the first consultation and others may benefit from further support. My aim is always to achieve results in the shortest time possible.
Each hypnotherapy session costs £198 and will take approximately one hour. The stop smoking treatment costs £350 including four weeks of free aftercare.
No hypnotherapy treatment can promise you results, because successful hypnosis requires your commitment and a desire to change. Hypnotherapy can be very effective in helping you with anxiety, sexual dysfunction, IBS and so much more. The majority of my clients leave my hypnotherapy London practice happy, calm and confident. Each one of them committed to the process and were receptive to change. It’s a co-operative process.
However, hypnotherapy does have its limitations. Sometimes it is unsuccessful despite someone’s commitment to change. But thankfully this is rare.
